natboxAffiliate Program Terms
These terms apply when you join the natbox affiliate program in the client area. They add to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which still apply to your account. The program is run by Mohammad AlSaraf, Masha'al Jamal Abdulhamid Almutawa bldg, Floor 3, Office 8, Mohammad Thunayan Alghanim St, Qibla, Kuwait ("natbox", "we"). 1. Joining
Any natbox account holder with a verified, regular email address can join. Joining is free. You get a personal link (https://my.natbox.io/r/…). You must be old enough to make a contract where you live.
2. Who counts as your referral
- When someone opens your link, a cookie remembers it on their browser for 30 days. If they create a new natbox account in that time, that account is your referral for as long as it exists.
- If they open another affiliate's link later, the last link opened counts.
- Existing accounts cannot become referrals, and a referral cannot be moved to another affiliate.
- Sign-ups from your own network (an IP address you have signed in from) or to the same email inbox as yours are not counted.
3. Commission
- You earn 25% of every paid invoice of your referrals for servers and apps: first orders, renewals, upgrades, burner servers and keeping a free trial on a paid plan. There is no end date while they stay a customer.
- Credit top-ups do not earn a commission themselves. When credit pays for a server or app, that invoice does.
- Free trials, refunded amounts and payments that are disputed, reversed or charged back earn nothing.
- Commissions are in US dollars, rounded to the cent.
4. The 30-day hold and cancelled commissions
Each commission can be withdrawn 30 days after the payment it came from. If that payment is later refunded, disputed, reversed or cancelled, the commission is cancelled. If it has already been withdrawn, the amount is taken from your future commissions. If a dispute ends in our favour, the commission comes back.
5. Withdrawals
- You can withdraw once at least $5 is ready. A withdrawal is for your whole ready balance.
- Account credit: added to your natbox account at once. Credit can pay for natbox services and is not paid out as cash.
- PayPal: sent to the PayPal email address you give, within 7 days.
- USDT: sent on BEP20 or TRC20 to the wallet address you give, within 7 days. The network fee is taken from the amount sent. Check the address and network carefully: crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
- We may ask you to confirm a payout request or your identity before sending it, and we may hold a payout while we look into suspected fraud.
- You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn where you live.
6. What is not allowed
- Referring yourself, your other accounts or people who would sign up anyway because of you, including through fake, disposable or bought accounts.
- Spam of any kind: unsolicited email or messages, comment or forum spam, or posting your link where the rules of that place forbid it.
- Paid search ads on the words natbox or natbox.io, or ads that look like they come from natbox.
- False or misleading claims about natbox, such as prices, features or uptime we do not offer, or calling yourself natbox or its staff.
- Coupon or cashback sites that hide your link behind a promise of a discount natbox does not give.
- Rewarding people for signing up with something we did not agree to, unless you tell us first.
If you break these rules, we may cancel the commissions involved, refuse payouts that came from them, and close your affiliate account. Commissions earned honestly before that stay payable.
7. Your relationship with natbox
You promote natbox independently. You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make promises on our behalf. If your channel requires it, say that you earn a commission from your link.
8. Data
Your dashboard shows numbers only: clicks, sign-ups, and for each referral the payment amount and your commission. You never see your referrals' names, email addresses or account details. To pay you, we keep the PayPal email or wallet address you give. See the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and ending the program
We may change these terms or the commission rate for future payments, or end the program, with at least 30 days' notice by email. Commissions earned before the change follow the terms in force when they were earned, and anything ready to withdraw stays payable. You can leave at any time by emailing support@natbox.io. Your ready balance is paid out first if it is at least $5.
