Refund Policy
7-day money-back guarantee
If your first paid server is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days and you get the full price back.
- When the 7 days start: at the moment your first payment is confirmed, the time shown as paid on that invoice in the client area. You have 7 full days (168 hours) from then to open the ticket.
- Who it is for: new customers, for their first paid server, once per person. It covers the whole first invoice, whichever billing period you chose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
- How much: the full amount of that first invoice in US dollars.
- What happens to the server: it is deleted once the refund is made.
How refunds are paid
- Account credit (default): the full amount, added the same day you ask. You can use it for any natbox server.
- Back in crypto (on request): sent in the coin and network you paid with, to an address you give us, for the US dollar value of your payment. The blockchain fee for sending the refund is taken from the amount. We send it within 5 business days.
- We cannot refund to a different payment method, and we do not refund fees your exchange or wallet charged when you paid.
What is not refunded
- The free trial (it costs nothing), burner servers (24 hours, deleted by design), renewals, upgrades, and any payment after the first 7 days.
- Second and later servers, and new accounts opened to use the guarantee again.
- Unused time when you cancel early. A cancelled server keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
- Servers suspended or terminated for breaking the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Account credit you added but did not use, unless you ask within 7 days of adding it.
Cancelling
Cancel any server from its page in the client area. With "at the end of the billing period" it keeps running until the paid period ends, is suspended 2 days after that, and is deleted with all its data 14 days later. With "immediately" it is deleted straight away. Neither option refunds unused time, except under the 7-day guarantee above.
Downtime
Credits for downtime are covered in section 7 of the Terms of Service.
Payment problems and disputes
If a payment did not arrive in full, was sent twice, or you are unhappy with a charge, open a ticket first: we can almost always fix it. A chargeback or payment reversal closes the account and all its servers.
Asking for a refund
Open a ticket in the client area (department: Support) with the invoice number, or email support@natbox.io from your account's email address. We reply within 24 hours.
