Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

Every natbox server shares an IPv4 address with other customers, so one bad actor can get the address blocklisted for everyone. This policy exists to keep the network clean and fast. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Not allowed

Fine to run

Websites, APIs, bots, game servers within your plan's limits, a private VPN, development and test environments, monitoring, home-lab services, small databases, and anything else legal that does not affect other customers.

Fair use of resources

What happens if this policy is broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, limit your server's network access, suspend it, or terminate it without refund. For attacks, malware, phishing and illegal content we act immediately, usually without warning. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required to.

If your server was compromised and someone else caused the abuse, tell us. We will usually let you back in to clean it up or reinstall.
