If you can sign in, the quickest way is the Cancel option on your server's page in the client area. You can also cancel here. We confirm by email straight away, and if we need anything to find the contract we will ask.
When a service ends, its data is deleted for good. Take your own copy first.
What happens next
A cancelled service runs until the end of the period you paid for, is suspended 2 days after that, and is deleted 14 days later. The Terms of Service explain the details. If you are within 14 days of ordering, you may be able to withdraw instead.
