NATBox ("we," "us," "our") provides NAT-based Linux Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services. Customers receive access to isolated LXC containers with dedicated port forwarding on our shared host IP address (147.135.215.238).
Each VPS includes a range of 20 TCP/UDP ports, SSH root access, and a choice of Linux distributions. Services are provisioned manually by our team after payment confirmation.
You may order without creating an account. You must provide accurate contact information including a valid email address — this is where your VPS credentials will be delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders from sanctioned regions or individuals with a history of abuse.
All prices are in USD. After submitting your order, we will send you a payment link via email for your chosen payment method (PayPal, cryptocurrency, Wise, or bank transfer). Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the link.
No Refunds: Due to the digital and instantly provisioned nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a VPS has been created and credentials delivered. If there is a failure on our end preventing delivery, we will issue a full refund or re-provision at no extra cost.
NATBox does not use automatic billing. You are responsible for tracking your VPS expiry date and contacting us to renew before expiry.
We are not liable for data loss resulting from non-renewal or failure to respond to expiry warnings.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on NATBox infrastructure:
Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension without refund and, where legally required, reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies.
Each VPS plan includes specific RAM and disk quotas enforced via Linux cgroup limits. CPU usage is shared and subject to fair-use limitations. You may not attempt to circumvent resource limits or degrade other customers' performance.
Excessive sustained network usage may result in traffic shaping or suspension pending discussion with our team.
We target 99% monthly uptime for all VPS services, excluding:
We do not offer SLA credits. In the event of extended downtime caused by our infrastructure, we may extend service periods at our discretion.
We collect minimal customer data necessary to provision and manage your service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect and how it is handled.
We do not actively monitor the content of your VPS. However, we will investigate and act on verified abuse reports and comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement.
You retain all rights to content stored on your VPS. NATBox claims no ownership over your data. You grant us no license to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the service (e.g., routing network packets).
We may suspend or terminate your VPS at any time for:
In cases of AUP violation, no refund will be issued. In cases of termination for other reasons, we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion.
NATBox services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
