NATBox does not use automatic billing. You are responsible for tracking your VPS expiry and contacting us to renew. We send a warning email 3 days before expiry. After expiry your VPS is suspended, and permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period.
We accept PayPal, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT and others), Wise / Bank Transfer, and other methods. Once you submit your order, we will send you a payment link or instructions via email.
Due to the instant digital nature of VPS provisioning, we do not offer refunds once a container has been created and credentials delivered. However, if something is genuinely wrong on our end we will work with you.
Yes! When ordering on a 1-year billing cycle you get 2 months free — that is effectively 2 free months compared to monthly billing. The discount is applied automatically when you select yearly billing on the order page.
Getting Started
Once we provision your VPS (usually within a few hours), you will receive an email with your SSH command: ssh root@147.135.215.238 -p [your_port]. This works on Linux/Mac terminal, PuTTY, or MobaXterm on Windows.
Port 1 of your range is SSH. Ports 2–20 forward directly to the same port number inside your container. So if you start a web server on port 10002 inside your VPS, it is accessible as 147.135.215.238:10002 from the internet.
Plans
A Burner VPS is a 24-hour disposable container for $0.25. Perfect for testing scripts, running quick tasks, or anything you do not want sticking around. It is automatically deleted after 24 hours — no renewal, no grace period.
Yes! Contact us on Telegram or open a support ticket and we can migrate your data to a larger plan. You will pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
Technical
Debian 12 Bookworm is recommended for most use cases — stable, well-documented, and widely supported. Alpine 3.21 is great if you want the smallest possible footprint. All 12 OS options are production-ready.
A NAT VPS shares one public IP address across multiple customers, with each customer receiving a unique range of forwarded ports. This allows us to offer VPS hosting at significantly lower prices. The trade-off is that you cannot run services that require a dedicated IP (e.g. certain email servers). For most use cases — web servers, bots, proxies, development — NAT VPS works perfectly.
